Based on 10ml Rainbow Flavours concentrate at 20% flavouring
Final bottle size: 50ml
Concentrate type: PG-based
0mg Mix — No Nicotine Shot Added
| Desired VG/PG Ratio | Rainbow Flavours Concentrate | Add VG | Add PG | Final Mix |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 40VG / 60PG | 10ml | 20ml | 20ml | 50ml |
| 50VG / 50PG | 10ml | 25ml | 15ml | 50ml |
| 60VG / 40PG | 10ml | 30ml | 10ml | 50ml |
| 70VG / 30PG | 10ml | 35ml | 5ml | 50ml |
| 80VG / 20PG | 10ml | 40ml | 0ml | 50ml |
With 1 x 10ml Nicotine Shot Added
Example based on a 10ml 18mg nic shot at 70VG / 30PG
This would make a 50ml finished bottle at approx. 3.6mg nicotine strength.
| Desired VG/PG Ratio | Rainbow Flavours Concentrate | Nic Shot | Add VG | Add PG | Final Mix |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 40VG / 60PG | 10ml | 10ml | 13ml | 17ml | 50ml |
| 50VG / 50PG | 10ml | 10ml | 18ml | 12ml | 50ml |
| 60VG / 40PG | 10ml | 10ml | 23ml | 7ml | 50ml |
| 70VG / 30PG | 10ml | 10ml | 28ml | 2ml | 50ml |
| 80VG / 20PG | 10ml | 10ml | 33ml | 0ml* | 53ml* |
* An 80VG / 20PG mix is not possible as an exact 50ml mix when using a 10ml PG-based concentrate plus a 70VG / 30PG nic shot, because the PG content is already too high. To get closer, use a 100VG nic shot or reduce the final nicotine strength.
Simple Mixing Rule
Your 10ml Rainbow Flavours concentrate already counts as 10ml PG.
So when working out your mix:
Final PG amount needed – 10ml concentrate PG – PG from nicotine shot = extra PG to add
Final VG amount needed – VG from nicotine shot = extra VG to add
For best results, shake well and allow the mix to steep if needed, especially with dessert, cream, or complex flavours.
Menthol Ice flavour concentrate by Rainbow Flavours delivers a stronger, more intense version of classic Menthol, with a crisp, icy and extra-cooling finish.
